We came in at 2am expecting to stay six hours somewhere with a bed, but the motel surprised us enough that we stayed for 12. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, and the tub had jets. There was a computer in the room, too. I asked the staff a lot of questions, and even with the language barrier they were always courteous and helpful. Breakfast was included and substantial, with eggs, several meat options, congee and more. The price was very reasonable. I understand it goes up a lot for stays over 12 hours or on a holiday. This will be my must-stay whenever I arrive in Taoyuan late.

The room was spacious and nice, and I was very happy with the service overall. The shower room and bathtub were both very nice. One issue, though: my non-smoking room had a strong smell of smoke. Room type: B

The room smelled awful, and the towels were old with a moldy smell. The shower’s hot water was cold, too, and the woman at the counter wasn’t friendly. I don’t know what happened with the motel, but honestly, this isn’t a good place to stay.

We booked two nights, then were told when we arrived that we had to check out at 12:00 and come back to check in at 8:00. They said our bags could go into storage, but it was pretty much on the street. Apparently guests have to leave during their rest hours. We could keep our things in the room if we paid an extra £50. I’ll never stay here again. It ruined my last 2 days in Taiwan. Stay away from this dump.

I don’t know what’s going on with the night shift reception service, and maybe the day shift too. The employees need better service training. If the manager thinks this is nothing, good reviews will turn bad one day. In fact, that’s starting now.
