Idee Spa Motel

It was good.

I arrived around 2 AM, and the woman at the front desk had a terrible attitude. She should have told me before taking payment that the air conditioning was being maintained from 8 to 12 PM. Instead, she mentioned it only after I had paid. Then she said, “If you can’t accept this, we’ll refund your money and return your belongings.” What was that supposed to mean? I’d already paid and she’d given my belongings back. What kind of service is that?

The rooms were spacious and clean, and everyone slept comfortably. Parking was well organized, and the place worked really well for our group booking. The staff were friendly and polite, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, especially the steak. They also had complimentary cookies and drinks, and we could ask for more if we wanted. Everyone was very satisfied. Everything was perfect! 😍🥳

My child liked the breakfast, especially the steak with black pepper. We booked three rooms, and two had toilets that were a little hard to flush, which was a small drawback. The room I stayed in was quite good. The toilet had no door, but you couldn’t be seen when using it. I’d recommend this room and hope I can stay in it again. Checked in on 2/17/115.
