Some of the room design worked well, like the charging plug between the beds and the raised mini-fridge, which was easy to reach. But the owner's anxiety, more like anger, about smoking felt over the top. There were custom stickers everywhere showing smokers being slapped. They say offenders will be kicked out without a refund for the rest of their stay and charged a cash penalty. Where was this, North Korea? The location was industrial, near metalworking shops at the foot of a bridge. I couldn't understand the high rating.

The room was reasonably clean, though I didn't care for its smell, and there were lots of cigarette marks on the table by the TV. Getting there was okay too, with a convenience store about 500 meters away and a bus stop nearby. I booked through Airbnb, where the listing said they spoke English, but when I called to confirm, the person who answered seemed confused and couldn't understand what I meant.

The staff are nice and the location is good. My room was decent, though it had a moldy smell. There are strict rules here, and breaking them can mean a fine.

The staff were a big help, and the room had plenty of space. It's in a convenient spot, although parking can be a little difficult. The coffee was decent too.

It's a cute hotel, and you can tell they put care into the paintwork. There's free coffee and tea on the second floor, along with a nice place to eat. But the road outside is really busy, and our street-facing room was noisy all night. The earplugs they provide didn't block enough of it. The weekend price is double, and at that rate I don't think it's worth it. I'd rate it higher if we'd paid the weekday price.
