The Young Hotel Taoyuan

For the low price, it's an okay hotel, and the nearby train and bus stations are handy when you're in a hurry. Cleanliness could be better: the floor didn't look clean, there was hair on it and on the hair dryer, and dust in the fridge. I didn't mind too much given the price. The receptionist didn't seem friendly or even smile, though maybe that was just my impression. Thanks.

I won't be coming back. The room looked old, with stains everywhere, the towels were old and some had holes, and the phone didn't work. I went out to tell them each time, but nobody came to check. The entrance wasn't inviting either, with the lobby all the way up on the 5th floor. It felt like a sleazy hotel that assumes most guests are couples. They don't provide breakfast or make-up room service to international guests, so be wary about booking here.
