Pretty good.

The massage chairs and jacuzzi were a real highlight. Service was lovely, and the place felt more like a guesthouse or motel, with facilities that seemed well looked after, even if some equipment wasn't perfectly maintained. I brought my own alcohol and tea tree oil, which came in handy when ants showed up around my drink.

I wasn't happy with how the bathtub was cleaned. I also tried to cancel a booking made through the app, but they said the problem was with the platform, and the price had gone up by nearly 300. I won't book here again.

The checkout was the worst part. We were exhausted and needed to stay overnight, but once our allotted time was up, staff asked us to leave, turned off the lights, and pushed us out. Charging for extra time is fair, but they could have handled it more respectfully. A cleaner also opened the garage, came in, and knocked without calling first. Our phone was loud, so we were sure we hadn't received a call. It left us with a really unpleasant experience. The price was reasonable, and the old equipment was understandable. But the bathtub was so dark underneath that we didn't dare use it. There was no way to switch off the room lights or adjust the air conditioning temperature either, since the only remote was for the TV.
