There are plenty of breakfast places just a short walk away. The hostel is also really handy when you arrive by ferry. If possible, book a balcony room so you can sit outside after sunset when it cools down.

The owners were some of the nicest people I’ve met. The room was small, but clean and inexpensive. It’s a little hotel near the harbor, with bars, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. You can rent a scooter there too.

The owners were so friendly, and they gave our kids beach toys for free. It’s a good spot to rent snorkeling gear, with a snorkel and a mask costing TWD 50 each. They also gave us helpful advice about snorkeling.

The room was clean, and the host was friendly and ready to help. It’s near the island’s most popular area and the harbor, and Flower Vase Rock is close enough to reach on foot.
