We had a great stay, and there’s a really cute rooftop garden. The location is great, close to the local night market and the visitor’s center. Our room was clean, and the shower pressure was amazing, though I had to hold the valve the whole time. I also had to turn off the water to shampoo my hair or it splashed everywhere. Breakfast worked well for us. I’d read complaints about it, but as a Chinese person, I found it hearty and perfect. Thank you.

The location is prime, though the rooms are average. Breakfast was one of the worst I’ve had in Taiwan. I’d skip it and get street food instead.

There was a gecko in our room, and we hope he made it out safely. The lobby had a weird smell, but the staff were very nice and even brought breakfast to our room. The hotel itself was quiet and clean. Thank you!

Parking is right next door, and finding the hotel was easy. The young man at the front desk spoke English very well and answered all my questions. The place is a little older and rustic, but that didn’t bother me. Everything worked well, including the air-conditioning, and it was very quiet with no outside noise I could hear. Nice hotel in a good location, and I highly recommend it for a stay in the Sun Moon Lake area.

The reception was friendly and even showed us a nearby laundromat. Our room was large, clean, and very new, and the peaceful location made it a good place to relax with family. Service was excellent, and breakfast was nice. We’ll definitely come back to this hotel.
