There are food shops and convenience stores in town, about a ten-minute walk away. The hotel itself is quiet, up in the highlands, with mountain views. My room was clean and had the basics covered: a hair dryer, kettle, wall-mounted TV, safe, and small fridge. The bathroom had a glass shower enclosure, and the bed was firm but comfortable. Breakfast is served buffet-style downstairs from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m.

There’s not much around the hotel, so pick up anything you need for the evening at a convenience store on your way back. The price is reasonable for the area, and it’s only a short drive to the attractions. The on-site restaurant was nothing special, though weekend nights bring food stalls out in front of the hotel plaza. No bathtubs in the rooms.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel itself is huge. Breakfast was pretty decent, with a few different things to pick from. Not every staff member spoke English, but everyone was helpful.

The decor is pretty unusual, and the place was clean, which it should be for the price. Breakfast isn’t Western-style, but the coffee is good. Drinks at the bar are affordable. I’d skip the food there.
