A real gem for business travellers, with spacious rooms that I enjoyed. I'll definitely stay here again, at least until I get my own place. 😅

For what we paid, the rooms were good. The breakfast, though, was very basic and there wasn't much to look forward to. On our last morning, they woke us at 8 because the housekeeper was starting with the rooms where we were staying. That felt wrong on every level. We'd also asked for an extra hour before checkout, and they'd agreed, but in the morning they made things difficult for us.

The rooms looked beautiful, and the whole place had a great feel to it. Service was excellent, breakfast had plenty of variety, and we had a great stay.

The main issue for me was cleanliness. The hotel itself is good, but you'd be in trouble if you forgot to bring your own towel. The cleaners also need to do a better job in the rooms, especially in the washrooms.

I was only in Arusha overnight before catching a bus back to Nairobi, and hadn't packed for a stay, so it was handy that they provided slippers, a towel, soap, and a toothbrush. The staff were really friendly, and the room surprised me: it was huge, with a big bed, a little sofa, a table, a TV, and its own toilet and bathroom. I had a good à la carte dinner, and the night was quiet. Breakfast was a nice surprise too, not the usual eggs on toast, and enough to keep me going until my next meal, probably in Nairobi. I'd recommend it if your budget is within TSh 50,000.
