We ended our trip at Aya Sophia Wildlife, and it was such a memorable stay. A big Asante Sana to the staff, and to my tour company, Akondo Adventures, for connecting us after Several Wildlife canceled our reservation. We were meant to be at Aya Sophia, and I'm so grateful for the chance to celebrate my husband's 40th and spend time with the animals in a way we can't back home. They decorated our room for his birthday, then surprised him with a cake and a bottle of sparkling grape juice while singing to him. It was a lovely moment. We were well looked after, and the chef even came by during dinner to check on us. We also had a bush breakfast with the animals. The animals seemed happy and well cared for. We were told they're rescue animals. The giraffes were so sweet, while the zebras and ostriches were wild and free. There's a large pool, a gym, and a sauna on site. Food is included, but drinks cost extra and are non-alcoholic. The coffee house makes fresh juices and different coffees. Our villa had a TV loaded with movies, plus an outdoor shower and tub. After dark, the tub attracted lots of bugs, and they kept coming even after we used the provided bug spray. Still, this was a great end to our trip. Asante sana again!

We could see animals through the big windows, and the rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and good lighting. The food was delicious and nicely prepared. The staff were so kind and friendly, and Gladness Goodluck, Zawadi Mosew and Zuwena took good care of us, just to mention a few. Aya Sophia is a lovely spot for a holiday, a chance to recharge and enjoy the wildlife.

We've travelled a lot and had also stayed at Aya Sophia Villa's competitor, Serval Wildlife. We liked Aya Sophia Villa much more, and the staff were a big part of that. From the start, they were attentive, polite, and sincerely keen to make our stay a good one. They really understand service. We stayed first in a separate villa, then came back a few days later for a simpler room. We enjoyed the facilities, including the rooms, large pool, sauna, restaurant, animal feeding program, and photo and video services. Management was always ready to accommodate us and gave us pleasant bonuses. We left feeling rested and full of vivid impressions. It's a place we'd gladly return to, and we felt it was well worth the money. We definitely recommend it and will come back. Anatoly and Maria. 2025

For what they charge, I found the whole place very basic, and you can get what they offer elsewhere for a third of the price. The animal tour wasn't anything special, and the animals seemed kind of forced into position for photos with you. Lunch was an uninteresting plate that cost far too much. Everything is priced at a premium, but nothing about the experience felt premium.

Celebrating a birthday here was a dream. We got to interact with and feed the animals, take beautiful photos, and enjoy such a unique setting. Everything felt joyful and special, and the arrangements were well organized. The people made the stay for us. The whole staff were polite, caring, and attentive, and we felt at home surrounded by warmth and care. Prince in particular made a huge difference. He helped us with photos, seemed to know what we needed, and showed real kindness and attention. His service felt personal and thoughtful, as well as very professional. Without him, our holiday wouldn't have been the same. The hotel is stunning, with beautiful, comfortable rooms and a warm, elegant atmosphere. The whole stay felt like a fairytale, the kind of place you fall for and want to visit again and again. I haven't experienced hospitality this good in a long time. Everything was amazing. Wow. We'll definitely return.
