Four Points By Sheraton Arusha Hotel

The staff made our anniversary and birthday trip feel special, with so much kindness and attention that the surprise was genuinely emotional. They also helped us exchange bills into denominations suitable for tipping our drivers, which was thoughtful. Jerry deserves a special thank you for arranging our airport transfer and safari excursion with a highly recommended company. Everything went smoothly and became a memorable part of the trip. From arrival onward, everyone made us feel welcome and looked after. We had a delightful stay at Sheraton Arusha Hotel and would gladly return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tanzania.

The hotel had plenty of space to lounge and recover after our Kilimanjaro and safari trip, plus a pool, restaurants, and a bar showing football on TV. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was spacious. The restaurant food was pretty good and portions were large, but service took a while. I'd opt for the buffet next time. The people waiting outside to sell things were annoying, approaching us as soon as we stepped out. I know that isn't the hotel's fault, though I think they could do more to keep people from standing right at the entrance. We didn't need to leave the property during our stay.

We spent two days resting at Four Points before our safari and barely needed to leave the property. The bar and restaurant had a resort feel, and the place felt very safe. Staff were kind, especially Michael in the restaurant, who really made our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

Good service, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel is right in central town, by the Arusha tower, in what looks like a quaint old colonial building. There’s also a lovely big garden with a pool where you can relax.
