The location is excellent and the service superb, with helpful staff. Manager Doricas and the rest of the team made us feel like family and gave us wonderful support. I'd definitely recommend this apartment to everyone. It really felt like a luxury home.

Kibo Palace Apartments had very clean apartments, and the staff were nice and helpful. They provided clean towels, slippers, and some hygiene items. The WIFI was very good, and the apartments have a great view over Arusha. At night, though, there was a lot of noise because the windows didn't shut properly. The TV had no high quality channels, and the resolution wasn't great either. I'd highly recommend it to anyone planning a longer stay in Arusha.

Great apartment in a good spot in the city center. Very clean, full wi-fi, washing machine, a good kitchen, and friendly staff. Best apartment I've ever seen 👍

We stayed for almost three weeks, and it worked really well for our family. The room was clean, there was a kitchen, WiFi, backup generator power and housekeeping, all at an affordable price. I'd recommend this apartment.

After a packed schedule, this was a lovely place to unwind. It felt peaceful despite being on a busy street, and it was very clean and safe.
