We woke up exhausted because the bed was so hard, honestly the floor felt more comfortable. The breakfast buffet looked awful and unappetizing, like leftovers from the day before, with flies all over it. Our room was dirty and had mold on the walls, and the staff seemed very strange and unfriendly. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Clean and pleasant, with good food, working AC, and a nice view of monte Meru. It has a great European-style feel. Compared with other hotels in Tanzania, this felt like a really good place.

A great place to unwind in the evening. The view is good, the food is clean and delicious, and the lighting and AC are amazing. The staff's hospitality deserves a mention too. I'd recommend it if you want to relax and enjoy your evening.

The TWIGA Dining Room, with its views of Mount Meru, was a highlight. It's a nice place to relax before heading for the Serengeti or Kilimanjaro. I was here with family on a safari trip, and we found the rooms spacious and clean. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. For the price, it was great value, especially with breakfast and spa access included. The location is central, just a short walk from the Arusha Clock Tower and local markets. We'd definitely stay again.
