The setting at Scenery Residence is wonderfully peaceful, with a hillside view over Arusha and a unique look at planes coming in to Arusha Airport. It's also a convenient 20-minute drive to the city, so you can enjoy Arusha town and then return somewhere quiet to sleep. The property is outstanding, from the well kept compound to the modern, exquisitely clean rooms. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the swimming pool was another highlight. We had a great time and definitely hope to return.

Happy welcomed us warmly when we arrived late last night, with a warm towel and fresh juice. Ellen has done an amazing job getting this place up and running. The rooms and the whole hotel/b&b are beautiful, and breakfast was amazing. We can't imagine a better way to begin our trip in Tanzania!

My husband and I are so glad we found The Scenery Residence. We booked the Executive Suite, which is spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The modern bathroom has a delightful shower, and the bedroom opens onto a very large veranda where you can sit with coffee and enjoy the view. The staff are amazing and attentive to all our needs. We've enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, and the food is wonderful. The building and grounds are gorgeous, with lots of places to sit. We definitely recommend it!
