The grounds and pool were kept in great shape, and everyone serving us was kind. Glory was especially helpful when we were deciding what to have for dinner. The food was good, with buffet dinners some nights and à la carte on others. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was firm. We could sometimes hear kitchen prep since our room was above it, and the Wi-Fi in the room came and went, though it usually worked around the grounds. Judy at reception was warm and welcoming and showed us around. We loved our stay. The hotel is about 15 minutes outside Arusha, so we'd suggest booking a city tour with pickup.

We found the pool a lovely spot to unwind, and the food was excellent. The property was peaceful and well cared for, while the staff, especially Judy, went out of their way to make us comfortable. A wonderful stay at Njiro Legacy, 10/10.

Tucked away from town, it's a clean, peaceful place with friendly people. The food isn't lavish, but it's tasty. Meals can take a while because the chef cooks everything fresh instead of preparing batches.

The hotel itself was decent, nothing particularly special, but the service earned my five stars. When we arrived, the room we'd been assigned wouldn't work for us. Judy, the night manager, handled the problem with real empathy and a smile, and was very willing to help sort it out. Thank you!

A clean pool and rooms, with a good environment where you can work or enjoy yourself. The staff are very courteous.
