Hospitality was very poor. The staff were extremely rude and unfriendly.

The wifi worked well, which is why I'm giving it two stars. I didn't feel welcome, and the room had a broken A/C, a badly cracked toilet tank, and a ceiling fan that looked like it might fall on me. I guess the cockroaches had a way in and out through the crack.

The room was quite affordable and had both A/C and a ceiling fan, but the bed sheets were dirty with dust stains when I checked in as a new customer. Customer service needs to improve.

We visited in March 2018 and the manager personally drove us to the bus, after contacting the bus company we had booked with in a very professional way. The customer service was excellent, and breakfast was delicious and served on time. The place was beautiful and hygienic, with air conditioners in good working order. It felt more like home than a hotel. Thanks, and keep up the good work!

Breakfast was very good, number 1 👌. From the entrance, security welcomed us, and the receptionist checked us in quickly before we went to our lovely, beautiful room. Housekeeping was friendly too, and the woman treated guests with great respect.
