The hotel is clean and nice, on par with European hotels. Room cleaning was very good, the staff were friendly, and there’s security 24x7, so leaving in the middle of the night for a flight was no problem. The little fitness room is well equipped, and the kids loved the pool. Be aware that there’s a mosque right next door. The Call to Prayer/Adhan is loud and lasts 10-15mins, starting at 04:50. Dinner service was painfully slow. We waited 1,5hrs for fries, pasta, and mini wraps, then left because the kids couldn’t wait any longer. The food was delivered to our room after two hours in total. Two days later, pancakes, plain with Nutella separately, took 40mins and two requests. The chef asked about Nutella right after we ordered, which confused me because he was there. There were no other guests either time. On our last night I had no TZS left, and tipping by card wasn’t possible. They couldn’t arrange change for USD either, which surprised me since I’d managed to get dollar change even in the middle of nowhere in Mikumi. I can recommend the hotel, but have dinner elsewhere or bring patience.

The workers treated us with real respect and the service was top notch. I’d definitely recommend this place.

The rooms are spacious, the interior looks nice, the meals are good though quite pricey, and the staff are polite.

Very clean place with really good service. It’s far from the city, but the area is calm and nice for resting. Recommended.

The apartment and boutique hotel make a lovely place to stay, and the decor and details clearly feel deliberate. Customer service was lovely too. My only issue was the restaurant, which seemed quiet and had just one person managing things, so some orders took a while. Still, an apartment stay here is well worth it if you’re in town for a few nights.
