Blue Pearl is a really nice place with a beautiful view, and I love it. I’d suggest the owner make it more attractive by adding shopping services and more entertainment, like SWIMMING, CINEMA, a CHILDREN PLAYING AREA, and a restaurant. More people would be drawn here, and the owner could earn more.

The hotel offers a very good view of the Indian Ocean and makes it easy to get around from the heart of the city. It’s a nice place that has hosted different high-calibre guests. One concern, though: the hotel has kept changing its name, which could threaten its popularity.

The roof has a swimming pool, which is an amazing feature, though it’s quite small and shallow if you like deep pools. It’s a cool place for a vacation, with a view of DSM from above. The staff are friendly and the customer care is satisfactory.

I first saw this huge building when construction started around 2004. I’ve visited the compound several times since then. It used to have a kids playground, and there’s a swimming pool on top. Now that I’m grown, I’ve also attended various conference gatherings there, which were wonderful.

It’s a decent place with good customer care and security. It’s near Ubungo bus terminal, where buses to the region start, and getting to Mwalimu Nyerere International airport is easy.
