Harbour View Suites

The harbor-facing restaurant was a lovely place to eat, with Western, African and Indian dishes on offer. As a vegetarian, I found plenty to choose from, though a few of the Indian dishes didn’t seem very fresh. I spent four months here on a business trip and had a satisfying stay, with very good service. My room was modern and very clean, with everything I needed for a longer stay. Housekeeping came daily, and bottled water and toiletries were complimentary. The cooking facilities in the room were in excellent condition. The hotel also has an upscale feel, a swimming pool and a spacious gym.

The front office team were so warm and ready to help, always greeting us with a smile. That kindness made our family stay feel special. We loved the views and the location, close to everything we needed, and our room was clean, cozy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Harbour View Hotel was a happy, relaxing place to stay, and we’d love to come back. I’d recommend it to other families.

The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained, and cockroaches were a problem in every room we were given. We stayed in three rooms over three days, including rooms on different floors, but moving didn’t help.

The room was a highlight: spacious, with a big balcony and gorgeous harbor views. We could see lots of impressive boats and ships. It had a large closet, a safe for valuables, a very cozy bed with thick blankets and pillows, and strong AC mounted on the wall. The shower was fancy, and its privacy glass let us see outside while keeping people from seeing in. The gym felt upscale, and the pool was big. The restaurant also worked well for our dietary needs, since my girlfriend is vegetarian and gluten free. The hotel is in a good part of town for walking around, though it’s busy, as you’d expect in the city. Hemant arranged everything after I messaged Harbour View Suites on WhatsApp, replying right away and making sure we got a good room. He organized a private airport pickup. Jefari was waiting outside with a big smile as soon as we came out, helped with our luggage, and drove us back to the airport after our stay. Makamba checked us in.
