The place itself was clean, had good parking, and the location was fine. That makes what happened at reception even harder to understand. I came from the airport around 5 pm on 21 January 2026, hoping to check in after finding the hotel online. I'd read reviews about poor reception service from nine months and one month earlier, and nothing seems to have changed. A woman was sitting at one end of reception. The doors were closed, and she directed me to open the entrance myself while I pulled my bags in. When I reached the desk, she didn't even make eye contact or welcome me. She was talking with another client about something irrelevant while I stood there. I sat and waited for her to finish, but then she went out, leaving me there. I called my taxi back and went to another hotel. I've never seen service like that, even at small hotels elsewhere. Management needs to address how reception treats guests. Please check the CCTV from that date. I didn't come all that way from the airport just to leave without checking in. Hospitality isn't charity, and these comments are meant to help, so please don't just say thank you. This was my first visit, and it was bad enough that I'm giving one star, something I've never done before. This is bad!

Housekeeping was spectacular, and my room was especially tidy when I arrived. The breakfast was yummy, and the food from the hotel restaurant was top tier. I stayed for a week at this lovely, convenient hotel, and it really met my expectations. I had a great experience and can't wait to visit again!

Hi Miramonti management team. My friend and I came by today, 20 Dec 2025, at 6:00 pm to ask about the price for a one-month stay. The two receptionists responded in a very unprofessional and arrogant way.

The facilities are nice, which makes this experience especially upsetting. I'm a white businesswoman, and my business associate booked me into this hotel. At 10 pm, a strange man who wasn't from reception called me. The next morning at breakfast, a man I didn't know sat at my table and said good morning. It was the same voice I'd heard on the phone. Reception had given him my room number, apparently because they assumed I was a prostitute. They put my safety and reputation at risk. Instead of calling to ask whether I was expecting someone, they simply gave out my number. It was a horrendous experience, and they made huge assumptions about me.
