I was caught off guard when they rebooked my room and made me leave while I was still staying there. That’s never happened to me at a hotel in this country. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel.

That chicken pizza was amazing, with a flavorful sauce, plenty of cheese, and a crisp crust that still had a soft bite. I’ve never tasted better. The staff were attentive and knew the menu well, and they gave me some good suggestions. The cozy setting would suit either a casual dinner or a special occasion. I felt at home as soon as I walked into arc hotel, thanks to the inviting atmosphere and friendly team. If you’re craving pizza in Morogoro, I’d say give it a try! ❤️

I only stopped in for a meal. It was alright, neither especially good nor bad.

The location is convenient, close to the main road, and the food is very nice. The rooms feel a little dated, especially the bathrooms, and the service could be better.

The meal was a letdown. I asked for Chilli Chicken Dry, but got a soggy dish covered in gravy instead, and when I raised the issue, the staff seemed confused. The food quality felt below average, as if the kitchen didn’t know the basic differences between dishes. I also ordered a Kebab and was served a bland chicken steak. Nobody explained the mix-up or apologized. It spoiled the meal, and left me feeling they didn’t care about the quality or authenticity of what they served.
