The rooms were spotless, and the staff were very welcoming. We had a few things to ask for and the team sorted them out without any fuss. Communication and service were really nice, and the area was beautiful for taking photos.

The shower had steady hot water, which was good, but the breakfast buffet had very few choices. For what this place costs, things in the room should work properly, and the mosquito net was broken. Just an average hotel.

The location is good, and the room seemed recently renovated. It was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked. But the phone line and TV were out of order. There was no hot shower water either, and breakfast had little to choose from, with the food kept in plastic containers. That left me unhappy with both the room and the service.

One of Morogoro’s oldest hotels, and still one of its best. It would be a good place for a family holiday or stay. The staff could be warmer with guests, though.
