The bedding wasn't really to my taste, though I could live with it, and having hot water in the bathroom was useful. The location was the best part: close to the Dar Mombasa buses, main road, beach, and Zanzibar ferry. The WiFi worked perfectly, and the guys in charge were friendly and suggested places to go for activities.

After a long power outage at their other hotel, the manager moved me here, but the room was smaller. My booking was for 2 nights. I thought it made sense to stay at the same hotel where I'd spent the first night, and I asked for some money back, but the manager refused. Bad service. My strongest advice is not to book their other place, Central Beautiful & peaceful Private bedroom AC, Very fast WiFi.

Everything I needed was nearby, and breakfast had a good variety each day. My room was spotless and tidy, thanks to the excellent housekeeping. Mr pater was especially professional and always available to help with anything I needed. I can't think of how the stay could have been better, and I'll come back. Thanks a lot. 🙏

The young kitchen and housekeeping staff were very friendly and sweet, and the port was easy to reach from the bnb. The shared bathroom and living room didn't suit us, but the owner was very flexible and arranged an apartment nearby.

The shared area was clean and a nice place to relax, and the staff were kind and made sure we were comfortable. I'd suggest choosing one of the private rooms. We had an issue with our booking, and Lulu was really kind about helping us find a solution.
