We ordered four dishes to the room, but one was incorrect and another never came. When we paid, they also tried to bill us for things we hadn't ordered or eaten. The concert noise was so loud we couldn't hear each other in the room, and nobody had told us about it beforehand. The rooms are poorly equipped, with no fridge, kettle, or coffee, and only a very small TV. The bathrooms are in poor shape too. If I could rate this below zero, I would.

The clean, beautiful sea was the one good part, but it couldn't make up for the rest. Music blared from morning until night, almost like a concert that never stopped. Nobody mentioned it at check-in while taking payment, which was completely unacceptable. The windows shook, and we couldn't hear the person beside us. Complaints to reception and the DJ went nowhere. Service was poor as well. I ordered chicken and got fish instead, and another dish didn't arrive. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Honestly, it was the worst hotel experience of my life.

10/10
The food was excellent, and the whole place had a relaxing feel. Staff were incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the service felt personal. Every detail exceeded my expectations. I'd love to come back.

10/10
Meals and every interaction were better than we expected, and the staff made us feel valued throughout. From arrival onward, the service was impeccable and every detail was taken care of. The rooms were luxurious, spotless, and very comfortable. The team went above and beyond to make the stay feel perfect. This hotel sets a high standard, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended.

Everything went really well. The customer service was good, and I didn't have any complaints at all. A fantastic hostel.
