The hotel let someone who wasn't a guest come straight to my room at 1am. The person was unwanted, and it happened despite the hotel's supposed 24/7 security. The man at the front desk let them in just because they had a photo of me. Fortunately, they weren't trying to hurt me, but I could have been harmed.
