The food was a highlight: the kitchen and restaurant crew put together a new menu every day, with six to seven starters and main courses. Breakfast on the bungalow terrace was an experience we'd never had before, and the cozy restaurant and its excellent crew were another treat. We felt pampered, really spoiled. During our 13 days at Savera at the end of January 2026, the whole crew, from the kitchen, roommaid, restaurant, gardener, and security to reception, were friendly. Everyone greeted us by name, which made it feel incredibly personal. Savera stayed spotless, with leaves cleared daily, soft powdery sand, and rooms cleaned beautifully. Fresh towels were arranged as decoration on the bed. It's a special, beautiful place, a real gemstone on Jambiani's beach that we won't forget.

You step straight from your room onto the beach at Savera Beach Houses, and the whole place is very calm. The staff are friendly, the food is great, and the rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated, and air-conditioned. WiFi worked well throughout the hotel. One of the finer places in this part of Zanzibar.

We had a wonderful time at Savera and wish we could have stayed longer. The resort is right on the beach with a breathtaking view, and the clean, comfortable rooms are beautiful. Breakfast on the balcony and the restaurant meals were all exceptional. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very professional, and they arranged all our transfers and activities expertly. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to feel relaxed and pampered on a Zanzibar holiday.

I was unwell at the start of our three-day stay, and the team did all they could: they brought me tea and medicine and were so caring. You don't often experience that kind of genuine kindness. After seeing several hotels, this was easily the best of our trip. The service was warm, the food fantastic, breakfast outstanding, and the location is right on the most beautiful beach. If you get the chance to stay here, don't hesitate. It's worth it!
