Zanzi Resort

Nivot made everything feel easy for us. His professionalism and support really stood out, and the whole team treated us with such genuine kindness and care from the minute we arrived. We’ve travelled to a lot of countries, but can’t remember feeling this kind of sincere warmth and hospitality anywhere else. It touched us and made the stay unforgettable. The service sets a very high standard, and we’d happily recommend the hotel.

The sunset drinks on the jetty and the spectacular food were hard to beat. I came with my brother Ben and we had an amazing time. The team, Nivot, Sajin, Jsica and catherine, made the trip feel special. We won’t forget it. The hotel sits in lush jungle, and the rooms have been renovated really well. Great air con, fresh water and insane plunge pools. Even the little touches were lovely, like the ice-cold coconuts and welcome towels when we arrived. And the massage was one of the top three I’ve ever had.

The staff made the stay feel welcoming, especially in the restaurant, where everyone was attentive and friendly. Abdallah was fantastic, and I want to give him a special thanks. Reception also went out of their way to help. Our room was spacious and very clean. Housekeeping came by several times during the day to tidy up. We had a fabulous stay at Zanzi Resort and would definitely come back.

The beach has small stones, so you’ll need shoes, though swimming from the wooden deck is easy. There are plenty of private pools as well as the main pool. The villas sit in a beautiful garden, and the food was nice. The staff were amazing, thanks to all the Zanzi family.
