10/10
The location is great and easy to get around on foot. Staff were friendly, the breakfast was great, and the air conditioning worked well. The WiFi was a downside, though that seems more like a Tanzania issue than a hotel one. There was also some confusion about the pool, which is offsite, though very nice.

The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of fresh, tasty choices to start the day. At Kibo Place Hotel, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made the stay comfortable and pleasant, and the atmosphere was warm.

The view was beautiful and the drinks were nice, so this could be a lovely place. But the service was very poor. They lost our order several times, and when our food finally arrived, it wasn't edible. They refused to compensate us and pressured some people in our group to pay for food they hadn't eaten.

The kitchen food was delicious, 11/10, and Kenedi welcomed me so kindly. The hotel was modern and super clean, and the service was a 10/10. I really enjoyed my stay.

I only got to stay one night because I'm on a tour, and I wish it could've been longer. Dinner was really tasty, the bed was so soft, and the stay was excellent.
