My wife and I had vegetable curry and a fish fillet, and both were very good. We recommend Elizabeth, she's charming and really good at what she does.

The lunch was tasty and the kids had a great day swimming. I didn't stay in the rooms, though, so maybe my rating would have been higher if I had.

Our group of 14 is climbing Meru and Kilimanjaro, and Keys hotel has been our base camp. Emmanuel and Foya have looked after us really well at mealtimes, and the service has been great.

Richard looked after us very well. The chicken parmigiana was lovely, while the burger and chips were just so-so.

At The Keys Hotel Uru Branch, the whole team made a great impression. Lucy the Owner, her sister Teresa, the ladies at reception, and the housekeeping staff were all friendly and amazing. Charles the waiter was amazing and Hans the Barman was brilliant. The food and accommodation were excellent, and the staff were friendly and very professional.
