The internet barely worked while we were there, perhaps only 10% of the time. This hotel is called Keyes, which confuses taxis and others because there are two hotels with the same name in Moshi. Unlike the other Keyes hotel, this one is far outside town, so you're really stuck there. For the price, it was quite mediocre and had issues that need fixing. There are no in-room safes, and they tell guests to leave money and valuables at the front desk. I was travelling with more than $1,000 USD and wouldn't leave it with a stranger there. Another guest had money stolen from their room while we were staying there. I saw him tell the front desk and fill out a police report. He said it was taken when his room was cleaned. After he left, I saw the woman from the front desk go upstairs and talk with the housekeeping staff. They were all laughing about it, and apparently weren't taking responsibility.

It's a lovely spot near Moshi town but outside the town, with fresh air from the trees and a nice garden for outdoor activities or a small party. They offer tourism and adventure activities, including mountain climbing and hiking. There's a range of drinks from soft drinks to hard liquor at good prices for both natives and guests. You can get breakfast, dinner, and a bed here. You won't regret the time or services offered.

The food was good, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. They exchanged money for me at the hotel and quickly arranged a taxi when I needed one. Everyone was friendly.

The food ran out, so some people didn't get any, and breakfast was never enough. Our large group had booked, but when we arrived we were told the hotel was overbooked. The rooms and service were below standard. My room had no hot water, the phone didn't work, and there were ants and small bugs in the room. Long story short, I'm never going back.

The staff were really welcoming, and the rooms were clean. The food was good too, though the internet was a little slow. For the price, you get a great deal.
