The hotel arranged a safari that was extremely well organized and unforgettable. We also loved the natural, peaceful setting, and everyone at the hotel was kind, welcoming, and ready to help. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay!

We spent a night here after our last safari day, just the right place to unwind and look back on the adventure. Everyone was so friendly, and they even welcomed us with the Jambo song. The camp sits tucked into nature, surrounded by greenery. Our tent/cottage was spacious and comfortable, with a great big shower. The dining room felt cosy, and the buffet dinner was delicious, lamb with lots of veggie options, potatoes, and gravy. Breakfast had plenty of choices too. We really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it.

I spent a wonderful week at Foresight in January of 2026, and there’s so much to like. The grounds are gorgeous, and the main building is a nice place to relax and have meals. All the accommodation options were clean and nice, with a view. The hot water bottle in the bed at turn-down was a lovely touch. Every meal was delicious, and chef George Washington makes especially good soup. All the staff were lovely and made us feel at home. Our safaris and guide were incredible. It was a privilege to experience Tanzania this way, and I hope I can come back someday!

Breakfast was pretty weak and short on variety, though it was enough to get the day started. The safari lunch boxes were good, but dinner was clearly the weakest meal and needs serious improvement. The hotel is beautifully designed and unlike anywhere I’ve stayed before. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had the large room with a special bed that rolls out onto the balcony, so we could take in the stunning view in a unique way. Even with the food issues, we recommend it for its beauty, atmosphere, and one-of-a-kind experience.

We stayed at the campsite, where the view over Karatu and the Crater of Ngorongoro in the distance was amazing. The coffee plantation tour was great, the food was delicious, and the facilities were good. Staff were very helpful, and it cost less than public campsites. A very nice place.
