The food was excellent, and the staff were so friendly. We had a really great experience.

The setting is beautiful, the views are amazing, and our rooms were spacious and really comfortable. One staff member also took my friends and me on a hike nearby and explained a lot about the culture in the surrounding villages. Food was a big concern for me because I have several allergies. The whole staff took care to prepare meals safely, and the chef checked in with me more than once to make sure everything was all right. On safari days, they pack breakfast and lunch for the early start, and they prepared my portions separately so I could eat safely. On our last night, they made sure the food for everyone was free of my allergens to avoid any risk of contamination. That level of thoughtfulness is rare in my experience, and I was impressed by how carefully they handled it. My friends and I had a really enjoyable stay. The staff were kind and accommodating throughout, and I’d happily recommend staying here.

The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were so kind and polite. It’s a beautiful hotel in an incredible setting. I’d come back a hundred times if I could.

The rooms are nice, clean and roomy, and I loved the outdoor shower. The outside loo, though, just felt weird. When we were there the pool was disgustingly dirty, though maybe it’s been cleaned since, and the hot tub looked completely unhygienic. The food was okay but pretty uninspiring. Service felt unprofessional, and at times I felt awkward, like I was more of an inconvenience than a guest. I left feeling relieved, and unfortunately wouldn’t recommend the place.
