The peaceful, convenient location is close to the beach, and the apartment itself is amazing. It’s clean, roomy, beautifully designed, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and quick to respond, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I paid for 7 nights but left after only 2 nights of horror, frightened by what felt like an abandoned property rather than a hotel. There was no reception, staff, breakfast, Wi-Fi, water, electricity, or security. The rooms were hot, completely dark, full of insects, and felt unsafe. The area is isolated, with no streetlights or staff nearby. During a total blackout, I was alone in the dark with no water to shower or flush, no light, no internet, no emergency help, and no safe way to leave. I had to move to another hotel just to feel safe. The so-called “manager” Patrick took the full payment in cash and refused to give me an invoice. Another man, Mohamed, said he was security but was clearly the owner. They both ignored my calls for help. When I asked for a refund for the 5 unused nights, they lied and claimed I had never checked in, even though I have videos, photos, and chat records proving everything. The experience ruined my whole trip and caused severe emotional and financial damage. Booking.com should remove this listing immediately to protect other travelers from this scam. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s a dangerous trap, not a hotel.

I booked and paid for 7 nights at Kendwa Beach Paradise, but left after 2 because the place felt terrible and unsafe. Most of the time there was no electricity, water, internet, or breakfast, and even basic things like soap and towels were missing. There was no reception or real staff, just one man claiming to be security who was actually the owner. He took my money, then disappeared and refused to help or refund me. It was dark, empty, and scary at night, so I had to run away and find another hotel. This is a scam, not a hotel, and Booking.com should remove it. Be careful and don’t book. The positive reviews here are all fake, written by people who work with the owner.

We had nothing but good memories from our two days here. Patrick was a kind, welcoming manager, and on a busy street we were lucky to be allowed to park in the courtyard. The room looked like the photo, was clean and tidy, and had working air conditioning. There’s no generator at the hotel. Across the street from the hotel, opposite the studio, there’s a SIM card store.
