I paid TZS 80,000 for my room; they also have rooms that cost more. The rooms were clean, the customer care was lovely, and breakfast was lovely too. They have a VIP lounge.

The staff gave excellent service and were fantastic. My room was clean and the food was good. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it if you need accommodation in Mbeya town.

The meals were all enjoyable, and the rates and services are the best in Mbeya. The employees were always ready to help and gave the best customer service. It felt like home away from home.

The receptionists were lovely, breakfast was good, and the rate was fair for the room. Hot water in the bathroom worked nicely. But the safe was locked and not working, and Azam TV didn't come in clearly, though DSTV was okay. The pillows were so big they made me uncomfortable. I was also told there was WiFi, but it didn't work on the third floor where I stayed. I don't know about the other floors. I ordered Mzuzu with chicken, but got a different kind of banana, Mafufu, and had to eat that instead. Maybe next time I'll eat outside the hotel.
