Kibo Homes Moshi Villa

The houses each come with a private backyard, and the rooms are spacious, furnished, and nicely designed. It's a beautiful place, with friendly, helpful staff who share useful information.

The place is kept extremely clean and tidy, and it felt like a home away from home. The staff were great and always ready to help right away.

The listing was seriously inaccurate, and after the host wouldn't offer compensation, I had to pursue a refund through the booking platform. I wouldn't come back or recommend this place. Several advertised amenities were missing entirely, including the gym, breakfast, and oven. Other items, such as soaps, salt and olive oil, and bug nets, weren't there on arrival but came later. The kitchen had gnats, the floor was very dirty, there was broken glass in the downstairs bathroom, and the upstairs shower leaked. I stayed in house 3, but the backyard didn't match the photos of house 3. It was almost all dirt, with no grass. The host took a long time to respond, and the local manager couldn't help with simple things like arranging a reasonably priced ride into town. There were multiple power outages, which is normal for Moshi, but the generator couldn't handle them, so we lost power and internet many times. When the internet worked, it was strong.

The outside areas were very well maintained, and everything was very clean. It's a beautiful place with all the facilities. The food was excellent, and I'd highly recommend it.
