The room was a decent size, but there’s no elevator. Hot water took a long time to get even lukewarm on 4 of the 7 days I was there. Breakfast in the morning could use more flavor.

The Wi-Fi was weak, though the downstairs area was a nice spot to sit and chat with staff. I enjoyed several dishes from the dinner menu, and the lunch buffet was tasty and reasonably priced. The restaurant manager and bellhop were especially lovely, a very nice woman and man. Nice hotel, with very friendly staff.

From the concierge to the lavatory, the place felt like home and then some. The guys there never stopped smiling, and they deserve five stars. Some things felt overpriced, but the smiles they put on your face made me willing to pay more. Good job, guys.

The location was convenient, and I had a very pleasant stay. My room was comfortable and nicely arranged. The nearby night club could get loud at times, but it never kept me from sleeping.

The reception, rooms, and food service were all very nice in general, but I ran into a few problems. Hot water wasn't working, which made me late for breakfast, and although Wi-Fi was available, I couldn't connect. My room faced Rengua Road - Malindi Club, on the right side of the corridor, and noise carried through both night and day. The rooms need renovation soon.
