A decent option for one night before Kilimanjaro, and breakfast was good. The bathroom setup makes it hard to keep the floor dry after a shower, and there wasn't enough hot water for bathing. The location wasn't good for us either, with hardly any shops or restaurants close by.

The room was fine, but the staff are what made this hotel good. They were welcoming and really helpful, always there to hear us out when we had a request.

Beautiful place, and it seems well suited for alpinists. The room service was poor, though. It's far from the city, with no shops or facilities in the neighborhood, and lunch and dinner were relatively expensive.

I stayed at the "better in" for three nights and was very comfortable. It's in a quiet spot, the food was really tasty, and the staff helped me arrange whatever I needed. The city centre is an easy walk away, and the price felt fair for what you get. I can highly recommend it!

Anita looked after us really well throughout our stay, always polite and attentive to what we needed. When we arrived at the lovely Inn, the staff greeted us with smiles and helped with our heavy luggage. The Inn also gave us a wonderful experience as we prepared for and completed our Safari excursion.
