The breakfast was a real highlight, with delicious food and plenty of choices. Our server was professional and helpful, though my friend was charged extra because he thought breakfast covered only two people. The dining room was beautiful, and it had two sinks for washing hands. The staff were nice, but the manager wasn’t very friendly. The hotel was alright overall, and I stayed for two days in Mwanza, Tanzania, because Hadjens Hotel is close to Bismarck Rock. I booked two bedrooms for three people, one with a single bed and one with a double. My room was tiny, with a very dim bathroom light, and there was only one bath towel, so I had to ask for more. Oddly, they assigned me room #210, even though it was on the third floor. That numbering felt ridiculous, if innovative.

The rooms were neat, the food was nice, and there was a hot shower. The hotel was perfect for me. I’d recommend coming here too. Keep it up 👏

The Lounge bar and Rooftop bar were a big hit. Everything throughout the hotel was spotless, and the front desk staff were especially helpful. Breakfast could be better and should begin at the stated time. A smaller towel would also be useful. There was construction nearby, and the protective panels were making noise. Even with those small issues, the hotel is excellent.

For the location, the room is very expensive, though everything else is fine. The room wasn’t cleaned at all after I checked in, and the drain was broken. Shower service and the other things we use for bathing were slow. Apart from that, everything was best, and the hotel was a very good experience.***

The rooftop bar has a great view of the lake at sunset, and the breakfast buffet was tasty with lots of choice. Rooms and bathrooms were nice, with AC, and everything was very clean. The staff were friendly and attentive, and things moved quickly. It’s good value, and I’d stay again and recommend it. Just keep in mind it’s right downtown, so the area is busy and crowded, with noise from clubs and mosques.
