Around $50 can get you a stay with better internet, more dependable service, and much less hassle. Paying more clearly doesn’t guarantee a good experience here. Check-in was badly handled, and overbooking seems common. Guests who don’t keep pushing may be left waiting for hours, sometimes well into the night. The service felt indifferent and focused more on collecting payment than looking after people, with little respect for their time or accountability. If you want a smooth, considerate stay, choose somewhere else.

The beach is probably one of the most beautiful in the world, and I had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive resort. The rooms were very clean, the food was outstanding, and the bar drinks were excellent. Nitin deserves a special thank you for the great drinks and atmosphere. The reception and management teams were also lovely, especially Mr. Mohamed, and the security staff helped me feel welcome and safe the whole time. Everyone did their best to make sure I enjoyed my holiday. I hope I can come back soon.

Robert made the entertainment room one of the best parts of our evenings. He brought plenty of energy and got everyone involved in music and games without making it feel forced, and he was always up for a good chat. At the bar, Nitin and Michael greeted us warmly each night and remembered our favourite drinks. Their humour and relaxed, professional manner made us look forward to seeing them. Alex welcomed us when we arrived for our honeymoon and immediately made us feel at ease. He was genuinely excited for us and arranged a spacious, spotless room with a view that made us gasp. It felt like a lovely retreat, and his thoughtful welcome made us feel celebrated. We couldn’t have asked for a better team. We spent 12 nights here for our honeymoon, and now that I’m home I already miss it. The beach was stunning, with the clearest, most beautiful water I’ve ever seen. We also had a romantic dinner on the beach, and the lobster and steak were 10/10. Such a lovely way to finish our honeymoon. The food changed every night, was full of flavour, and never got boring. Our bedroom was spotless, and the evening mosquito spraying was a smart touch. Josephine and Grace were so lovely, cheerful, and attentive. They made sure I had a drink and checked that I was doing well. Thank you, girls!
