The sea views are incredible, the hotel is beautiful, and both the food and coffee were really good. My room was clean, comfortable and just right. But what made the experience so special was ochu, the host. His kindness is on another level, and very few people could serve you the way he does. Simply spectacular, and 100% recommended.

Breakfast was wonderful, combining Tanzanian dishes with European habits. The staff were kind and ready to sort out any problems or arrange lovely trips for us. Our rooms were clean, spacious and had a splendid ocean view. We booked for four and got four double beds across two separate rooms.

The rooms and hotel are okay if you get a good rate. We paid 35 USD per room per night, and had no sea view. The poor rating is because the staff were very rude, almost aggressive towards us. We were also charged extra for things that should have been included, like the sun chairs right in front of the hotel and using the toilet after checkout.

The location was perfect, and our room was large, beautiful and clean, with two big beds. Breakfast was better than expected, with fruit, bread and jam. Still, we didn't feel very comfortable. We got no information when we arrived, and the staff weren't very nice. We always felt like we were disturbing them. It was okay, but we wouldn't return.

A lovely, quiet spot right on the beach, on the best stretch of beach in Nungwi. It has a very family-like atmosphere, and the small room was clean and had its own bathroom. Baraka restaurant is very close by.
