Ahmed made the experience personal by arranging a beautiful romantic meal by the beach and making sure we had a great time. His service was exceptional, attentive and incredibly kind. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism and genuine care. The elegant atmosphere, immaculate rooms and thoughtful attention to detail all stood out. Thanks to Ahmed and the whole team, my stay at the Royal Mandarin Hotel exceeded my expectations. I’ve rarely had a hotel experience this good, and I’ll absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent service and warm hospitality.

The hotel’s peaceful setting and stunning views made it a lovely place for a relaxing holiday. Ahmed was especially helpful, friendly and available whenever we needed something. The food was good, with plenty of salads and grilled meat, and there were performances at night. It’s easy to relax here, and there are lots of family rooms. The beach is great, especially when the tide goes out and you can go beachcombing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the manager and staff are very nice, and when you call with a problem, they sort it out quickly. They do their best to meet guests’ requests. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable vacation.
