The hostel is small, but the staff were great. They helped turn on the heater and AC and seemed to understand what we needed. Someone was always at the front desk, and the Wi-Fi was awesome.

We were glad we found this place, even though it took a bit of effort to locate. We stayed just one night as a stopover. The dorm was clean, air-conditioned, and had cozy sleeping booths, with comfortable beds and lockers big enough for our things. Towels and a hot shower were included, and the price was good. It’s close to the ferry port and Stone Town center, handy for shopping and the food market. We’d love to stay here again.

The area was quiet, the room comfortable, and the toilet and shower were always clean. LULULulu was especially helpful, offering information about everything from bus routes to fares in Dar es Salaam. There were friendly CATS all around the hostel too, which made it a little heaven for a CATS lover. Good price, and I’d strongly recommend it.

The beds were very comfortable, and the place was clean. Rooms are separated for women and men, and the service was very good. I’d stay again.
