In all my 53 years, I’ve never had a worse hotel experience.

We showed them our Agoda reservation, but they still wouldn’t let us stay and said they don’t work with any website. We never stayed there, and our money wasn’t refunded. This feels like a scam.

The rooms are huge, and the location in town is about as good as it gets. We had a good time at rafiki apartment. Asante sana for making us feel so welcome 😃🙌

I was staying there for 10 days. While I was out at prison island, money and a power bank were stolen from my room, even though I had taken the room key with me.
