The beach is right by the hotel, and the pools are huge. There was seaweed in the ocean, and locals were around on the beach, but they left us alone to enjoy our holiday. After a four-day safari, Zanzibar was just the retreat we needed. Our family of five had plenty of room, and the updated accommodations were clean. It was sunny and hot each day, the food was good, and the buffet had a decent choice of vegetarian dishes. The only snag was getting a reservation at the restaurants outside the buffet.

We celebrated our anniversary here and the staff made it really memorable. Anna did a phenomenal job making us feel special, and Clara was wonderful when we arrived. The service stayed exceptional throughout. First time at The Mora and we were blown away. Can't say enough about the place or the staff. Thanks to everyone for such a lovely time. We'll definitely be back, and I'd highly recommend it.

Our daughter absolutely loved Ziada, who made our time by the pool even better. She was warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring every day, and helped our family feel so welcome. People like her make a real difference to a holiday. The resort itself is beautiful and peaceful, with lovely food and great facilities. It worked really well for our family and made for a memorable stay. Thanks to everyone at The Mora Zanzibar for the wonderful hospitality. We'll remember the trip with a big smile.

After climbing Kilimanjaro, my husband and I came here to unwind, and the friendly, attentive staff made the stay fantastic. Saif, the bartender, and Pauline especially went above and beyond for us and made the experience even better. We loved getting to know them, they're both great people. Restaurant manager Fabian was so kind and helped us get lunch early enough to catch our flight. The room was really comfortable, the food and drinks were very nice, and everyone was polite. We had a lovely stay at the Mora. A family from Beijing China.
