Clean, affordable, and close to the beach. Great hotel.

The beach was sandy, clean, and spacious, and it was about a five minute walk away. The location was convenient, with everything you need for a beach day along the way. The mini-hotel itself felt cozy, with green, clean grounds and roomy, comfortable rooms with air conditioning and a refrigerator. The food was delicious, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices for different tastes, and generous portions at a fair price. We stayed as a family at the end of August 2025. Special thanks to owner Marina and administrator Svitlana, who were always friendly and attentive to what guests wanted. We had such a lovely time there!

We booked a room in early August and everything seemed fine. When we arrived on the agreed date and time, we called the owner and were told, “I forgot about you. My guests wanted to extend their stay, so I’ll have to kick them out for you.” Nobody had told us any of this beforehand, and the current guests were surprised too. The hotel may look nice, but the communication was zero.

Getting to the sea is easy, about a five minute walk, and the grounds are lovely. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The kitchen on site serves tasty food in generous portions. The owner and administration were friendly and helped with questions and advice. We were very happy with the hotel.
