Absolutely perfect ♥️♥️

Parking is limited, and both the WiFi and mobile connection are terrible. There’s a barbecue, but you have to find your own coal and firewood. You can hear the neighbors very clearly too.

The walk to the sea takes 14 minutes, and the view was beautiful. Oleksandr was kind, and I met a dog who had water. The host was awesome, and pets are allowed. I’d give it 8 points, honestly, but it isn’t a suite. The owners say Tsybulska, Dantes, and Luna have stayed here, but that doesn’t tell you anything about the service. They also keep an eye on electricity use and walk around checking rooms, which was the most outrageous part for me. They even check whether the air conditioners are off, although we deliberately left ours on low because our animals were at home. The interior is pleasant, though it feels like an economy option assembled from whatever materials were available, wood, tile, shell rock, and plaster. The shower had an unpleasant smell, they didn’t replenish the paper, and the towels were small and very small. Washing long, thick hair properly is out of the question, since the water only gets warm in the sun. At 4750 a day, there are more upscale places.

We chose an unfamiliar place, mainly because we wanted the beach and sea nearby and decent conditions in the house. It turned out better than expected. Everything we needed was there, and the administrator was always available if something was missing. We stayed in August 2023, and I’m ready to come back since I haven’t found an alternative yet. The sea is accessible, this particular house doesn’t have many people, and nights are quiet and comfortable. The one downside is getting to the beach quickly or finding a quiet way down: the routes involve paths, bumps, and secret passages. A longer walk is needed for that. We also needed a place that welcomed dogs, so everyone was comfortable. Thanks to the host for the service and the whole idea behind this vacation.
