The courtyard setup was especially handy, with a barbecue, tables, Bluetooth speaker, and parking inside. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the embankment, and shops and a pharmacy are close by. We had a compact five-bed room that was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and a fridge. There’s also a covered smoking balcony and a little canopied balcony where we could sit and eat. The shared kitchen had plenty of dishes for everyone. My husband, our three children, and I were very happy here. The hosts were friendly, and the prices were reasonable. A big thank you to them!

The courtyard is shady and comfortable, with tables, and there are a couple of exercise machines beside the kitchen. Drivers can park on site. Our room had its own toilet and shower, plus air conditioning, a fridge, and a kettle. Hot water was always available. There’s a shared kitchen with everything needed. Whenever a question came up, the owners sorted it out quickly. A nice, cozy place.

It was easy to get around from here: stop #17 "Dolphin" is only a three-minute walk, and you can reach the Spit or the city center by bus. If you feel like walking, the city center is about 20 minutes along the embankment, and the dam is five minutes away for fishing. We stayed in room 8 on the second floor from September 14th to September 19th, right in peak season, but the guesthouse was quiet and not very full. The three-bed room was comfortable, new, and clean, with hot water day and night. The TV had loads of channels, which was a nice surprise. Since there was no balcony, we appreciated having a table and chairs on the veranda outside our room. The shared kitchen was fully equipped, and downstairs in the courtyard there were dining tables, a barbecue, and skewers. Thanks to the owner, Kostya, for being so hospitable. I’d gladly recommend the place.

The sea is a bit of a walk, but the price makes up for it, and we were satisfied as a family. My wife, son, and I found it quiet, with pleasant hosts and service that never felt intrusive. The courtyard stays shaded, so it doesn’t get too hot. There’s IPTV, Bluetooth audio, a shared kitchen with what you need, and a barbecue with skewers. After showering, puddles were left in the bathroom, and the fridge was noisy. Still, for the price, it’s a good value. I’d recommend it to budget travelers. Thank you.

Everything was clean and the hosts were friendly. The beach is the drawback: the listed 600 meters gets you to the slab area, where it’s deep and not suitable for swimming with children. The actual beach is around 15-20 minutes away, about 2 km, give or take.
