Hotel-Restaurant Complex S Legkim Parom

Everything's good 👍

We were disappointed with the motel. There was no hot water or toilet paper in the room, and the administrator, or possibly the owner, greeted us with questions in prison slang. The service was in Russian. We only stayed because we arrived late and were tired from the drive; otherwise, we'd have gone on.

The employee, who was also the administrator, treated customers completely inappropriately. It felt like he was still stuck in the 90s.

The place is pretty spacious and has a pleasant interior, with a pool and basic kitchen things like a kettle, microwave, plates and cups. You can also order a bath whisk. We've used the sauna sometimes and usually found it decent, but last time the pool water was murky green and dirty. When we asked when it had been changed, they said the day before and insisted it was fine because it had plenty of chlorine. Then my parents and their friends booked a sauna a couple of weeks ago, without a deposit, and arrived just ten minutes late. Their slot had already been given to someone else. Terrible service.
