A clean, pleasant place that doesn't cost much.

For the price, it's a decent hotel.

The room was neat, clean, nicely renovated and had a balcony, so we were happy with the hotel overall. We did get unlucky with noisy neighbors, and there wasn't any soundproofing. Disposable slippers in the room would've been nice, but there weren't any.

The reviews led me to book through Booking, and seeing the place in person confirmed the good impression. It's a small-looking but roomy hotel, clean, modern and cozy, with a shower in the room, TV, a wardrobe with mirrored doors and parking. The staff were attentive and polite. The bus stop toward Kyiv is 300 meters away. Thanks to the staff for making us feel welcome. I'd recommend it to anyone traveling to Brovary or Kyiv.

The reception smelled of alcohol and shashlik, which says a lot about the place. Drunk guests spent half the night talking loudly with receptionists, then woke people up shouting in the morning. The staff weren't polite or hospitable either. If you need quiet and rest after a long trip, don't stay here. It feels more like a dive bar than a proper hotel. Never again.
