My room was well equipped, with a fridge, capsule coffee machine, safe, and a comfortable bed. I especially liked having a balcony where I could sit with a coffee. Even though the location is central, it was quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe. The owners were friendly and service minded. Highly recommend.

The old-time feel of the room was lovely, and it was bigger than the photos suggest, with plenty of comfort, a good shower, and a decent breakfast. The location is excellent, with everything within walking distance. The one letdown was the Wi-Fi: it kept failing, even after we messaged for help resetting it.

Everything in the mini hotel was fine, from the room to breakfast and service. The problem was the people next door, who sometimes blasted the radio at 6 a.m. and woke me up. I wish the hotel could deal with the noise. Without those neighbors, I’d stay again while in Kiev.

The rooms are large and clean, and it’s usually very quiet. The insulation could be better, though. I also booked as a genuine Booking user but didn’t get either a welcome drink or late checkout. Still, it’s a nice place in a perfect location, and the price is reasonable.
